Chocolate Overnight Oats

Another version  of this great, simple and healthy breakfast. This one is for the chocolate lovers among us. If you use raw cacao powder, which can be found in most supermarkets now, it is PACKED with nutrients. High in antioxidant flavonoids, and minerals; copper, potassium, phosphorous, iron, zinc, and magnesium – what’s not to love? Enjoy!

  • 250g Jumbo Porridge Oats (choose GF version if avoiding gluten)
  • 280ml Oat Milk
  • 100ml Greek Yogurt With Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
  • To Serve:
  • Raspberries


All you need to do is mix all the ingredients together and pop them in an airtight container in the fridge overnight to allow the oats to absorb all the liquid. The powder can make the mixture a little dry so add more liquid if needed.

Serve up with berries on the top and you can use a little more yogurt if you fancy it.
