This is lentil hummus is a really tasty alternative to chickpea hummus. I make this dish for my retreats and everyone loves it! To make it really simple, but ready cooked lentils from Merchant Gourmet or similar brands.
Lentil Hummus. V. Ve. GFPrint This
- 150g Cooked Puy lentils (you can buy these from Merchant Gourmet already cooked)
- 1 Tbsp Tahini
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic crushed
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 Tsp Cumin
Pop all the ingredients; cooked lentils, tahini, cumin, olive oil, lemon juice, one clove of garlic and seasoning into a blender (or nutri bullet) and blitz to form a hummus. Drizzle with oil and a few pumpkin seeds.
