So many of us are sold on weight loss promises and quick fix health solutions that don’t cost the earth, but the sad truth is that so very often these approaches don’t work and we end up in a worse place than where we started – with the added disappointment of feeling like a failure!
What the majority of these approaches lack is that they do not speak to us as individuals and establish what our unique circumstances are, which areas we are struggling with, and what exactly it is we want to achieve. Achieving good health and a better relationship with food, whether it be weight loss or improved lifestyle habits, is about MINDSET and that is where I can help. I know this, because I have been there. In order to achieve your goals LONG TERM you need to go a bit deeper into the ‘whys’, understand more about what might be tripping you up and get the knowledge and tools to help you succeed FOREVER! Mindset coaching is a one-to-one approach to help you to get intentional about your lifestyle choices. We work together to understand how your current thought patterns might be affecting your relationship with food, set goals for the future and empower you to get to where you want to go.

What we choose to eat affects how we feel. Food should make us feel good and provide our bodies with the energy we need to get us through our busy lives. If you eat too little or eat too much, or are stuck in bad habits, your health and quality of life will almost definitely be affected.
The challenge is that when we are feeling low we often struggle to make good food choices. This is very often because we have been conditioned to see food as a comforter, or a way to distract ourselves from the issues in our lives.
By learning how to make healthier and more mindful/intuitive food choices, you could free yourself of bad habits and escape the clutches of the diet club FOR GOOD! Improving your relationship with food, and with yourself, may also help you to gain a feeling of calm, increase your energy and alertness levels, and create a sense of peace in your life.
