Achieving good health and a better relationship with food, whether it be weight loss or improved lifestyle habits, is about MINDSET and that is where I can help. I know this, because I was there once myself. In order to achieve your goals LONG TERM you need to go a bit deeper into the ‘whys’, understand more about what might be tripping you up, and get the knowledge and tools to help you succeed FOREVER!
I teach you to take a ‘mind, body food’ approach to your health and well-being. Rather than simply focusing on food and nutrition, I help you to develop mindset and lifestyle skills that focus on both your physical and emotional well-being – that’s how you really get results!
I Offer Two Approaches:
I have an 8 week online course and coaching community, The Healthy Mind, Healthy Body Programme, that shows you step-by-step how to transform your mindset, escape yo-yo dieting and start on the path towards better physical and emotional health.
The programme is the only online course of its kind and provides you with:
- Access to community support and live coaching – there is an active student community hosted on Facebook that I am live in weekly to provide you with support and answer any questions.
- Mindset techniques that will enable you to change your behaviour and create powerful results that last a lifetime.
- Nutritional knowledge that focuses on blood sugar stability and eating for health and well-being.
- Systems and techniques that will enable you to stick with what you have learned.

Using the course as a basis for our work, we work together to understand how your current thought patterns might be affecting your relationship with food, and work on mindset techniques to empower you to get to where you want to go.
