This weekend retreat is set in a beautiful place where you will learn how to create simple healthy food, have the opportunity to enjoy a yoga class and guided meditation and chill out so that you glide into the following week feeling Zen and ready to unleash your healthy kitchen goddess!
The Mindful Cook retreats are based in the kitchen, but are not exactly a cookery course. The weekend is all about well-being and the key lifestyle areas where making small changes can have a big impact on how you feel. Nutritious food, movement, mindfulness and time for yourself are all important factors in your health and happiness and this weekend is a gift of all of those.

The late summer retreat on the 13/14th September will be at a stunning new venue, Fishley Hall in Norfolk. A perfectly equipped, luxurious retreat venue, set on a gorgeous working farm, among 350 acres of nature. Delicious health giving food, movement, meditation and laughter.
