Hi! I’m Josie, The Mindful Cook.

I teach people how to create a healthy lifestyle without sacrificing the enjoyment of great food. I run two day residential food retreats providing inspiration on how to create healthy food that is both interesting & indulgent, I support people who wish to positively influence their food mindset through coaching & courses, & I share my knowledge of how to vastly improve your well being with simple food and lifestyle changes. All the recipes here are my own. Some are inspired by my favorite chefs (noted where so). There are many gluten free & vegan recipes available - check notes for details.
