Feeling a little under the weather? This smoothie can help you fight back. It’s packed with healthful ingredients including Turmeric which contains curcumin, a substance with powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Serves: 1 Prep Time:


  • A handful of Spinach
  • 10cm fresh turmeric or 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp grated root ginger
  • A handful of Blueberries
  • 1.5 Tbsp Honey or Agave Syrup if vegan
  • 200ml Oat or Almond Milk
  • 200ml Water


Pop all the ingredients into a blender and blend on a medium to high setting for 3 minutes or until a smooth liquid is formed. Drink up and feel better!
