I’m a big believer in finding time to sit down and eat breakfast every day, but when you just don’t the have time, this smoothie will see you through.
- 8-10 Blueberries
- A Good handful of Spinach
- 5 Strawberries, hulls removed
- 2 Tbls Organic Oats
- 1 Tbls Honey
- 200ml Almond Milk
- 150 ml Water
Put all the ingredients into a blender or juice blender, whizz up, pour in to a glass and drink. Voila!
