Ingredients
- 8-10 Blueberries
- A Good handful of Spinach
- 5 Strawberries, hulls removed
- 2 Tbls Organic Oats
- 1 Tbls Honey
- 200ml Almond Milk
- 150 ml Water
Instructions
Put all the ingredients into a blender or juice blender, whizz up, pour in to a glass and drink. Voila!
