Coconut Overnight Oats

Overnight oats is a healthy breakfast idea that is good for the cooler months, can be served up if you are in a rush and doesn’t cost the earth. Oats are great for gut health because they are high in fibre which your good gut bacteria love to feast on. They also release sugars slowly so you feel more energised throughout the day. I have come up with a few different flavours to add some variety. The basic oat, plant milk, and yoghurt recipe can be dressed up with any flavours and toppings you choose. Here is one of my favorites, a coconut version.
