The Autumn retreat will be back at beautiful Fishley again on the weekend of the 02/03 & 4th October. We’ll be preparing some nourishing seasonal dishes together, enjoying a morning yoga class and mindful meditation with the lovely Clare, and simply relaxing and enjoying this beautiful space as the Autumn arrives.
