The weekend the clocks change for Spring on the 26/27th & 28th of March, we will be welcoming in the Spring at beautiful Fishley Hall in Norfolk. Delicious health-giving food, movement, meditation and laughter.

Amazing! I left The Mindful Cook Retreat feeling so refreshed. It was so great to spend the weekend with Josie (who is an outstanding cook, teacher & coach!) and from the moment I arrived (late!) I felt so relaxed, at ease and welcome.
I loved the atmosphere and learnt some great recipes and tips that will stick with me for life. The yoga, meditation & massage were fantastic too.

Having cooked a million meals for my family that I haven’t wanted to eat, it’s been wonderful to spend some time thinking about what I like.
