Terms and Conditions for The Mindful Cook Collective

Welcome to The Mindful Cook Collective! By joining this membership community, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Membership and Payment

1.1 Payment Options:

  • Membership fees can be paid monthly or annually.
  • Monthly payments are charged on the same day each month from your initial sign-up date and will be debited from the payment method you provided (PayPal or credit/debit card).
  • Annual memberships receive a 10% discount on the total fee and can be paid by PayPal or credit/debit card)

1.2 Updating Payment Information:

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are up to date. If your card or PayPal details change, please update them to avoid disruptions.

1.3 Cancellations:

  • You can cancel your membership anytime with no questions asked, though I’d appreciate one month’s notice.
  • To cancel, you must stop payments directly via your payment provider (PayPal or card).

1.4 Refund Policy:

  • Monthly Payments: Non-refundable.
  • Annual Payments: If you cancel before the halfway point of your annual subscription and are dissatisfied, you may request a refund of 50% of your annual fee. To do so, email [email protected], stating your reasons for dissatisfaction clearly.

2.1 As a member, you will gain access to:

  • A growing library of recipes designed for female metabolic health.
  • Monthly content features on women’s health, including actionable insights.
  • A library of nutrition resources.
  • An exclusive online community platform where you can engage with me and other members.
  • A monthly live cooking session (Nutrition Kitchen).
  • Regular challenges and interactive activities.

2.2 Right to Amend:
I reserve the right to modify or update the benefits or content of the membership at any time. Members will be notified in writing of any significant changes.

  1. Intellectual Property

3.1 All content provided within The Mindful Cook Collective (recipes, resources, videos, articles, etc.) is my intellectual property.
3.2 You agree not to replicate, share, or distribute this content outside of the group without my explicit written permission.

  1. Community Conduct

4.1 This is a supportive and inclusive community. By participating, you agree to:

  • Treat all members with kindness, respect, and consideration.
  • Provide constructive feedback and engage in positive discussions.
  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of sensitive discussions. Do not share anything outside the group unless you have explicit permission from the member involved.

4.2 The Mindful Cook Collective is exclusively for women and those who identify as women. This is an inclusive space that welcomes all races, ethnicities, nationalities, religions, sexual orientations, and abilities.

4.3 Prohibited Conduct:

  • Bullying, harassment, or degrading comments of any kind (e.g., based on race, religion, gender, or identity) will not be tolerated.
  • Self-promotion, advertising, or sharing links to external groups, products, or courses is not allowed and may result in removal from the community.
  1. Liability

5.1 Membership is for personal use only. Your login details must not be shared with anyone else.

5.2 While I provide nutrition coaching and guidance in relation to weight loss, energy metabolism, and balanced eating, your results depend on your individual effort and commitment. I do not guarantee specific outcomes.

  1. Termination of Membership

6.1 I reserve the right to terminate your membership if you violate these terms, particularly in relation to conduct or intellectual property use.

  1. GDPR Compliance:
    We are committed to protecting your data under GDPR. Your personal information will only be used for managing your membership and will not be shared with third parties without consent. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected].

  • At least 2 new recipes shared with you every month
  • 20% off all future offerings: meal plans, strong and nourished (the 6 week resistance training and nutrition coaching programme) and bespoke coaching packages launching in 2025.
