This is a sweet, zingy dressing that is used in the buckwheat salad recipe. It tastes great on most salads.
- 1/2 Tsp finely grated lemon zest.
- 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp White Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 Tsp Agave syrup or honey
- 1/2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
- Salt and Pepper
Pop all the ingredients into a shaker and shake up until blended. Give it the taste test prior to pouring over any salads and modify as desired.
