I'm Josie. I'm a Food and Eating Psychology Coach. I work with women to help them to improve the way they relate to food and their bodies.

Around two-thirds of people on diets regain more weight than they lost within five years and yet, the average woman in the UK will try 130-189 diets in her lifetime. This needs to change and that's where I come in. I've helped hundreds of women to transform their relationship with food and their bodies through online courses, a membership programme, and award-winning food and well-being retreats.
