In my course, Overcome Emotional Eating, I guide you through a step-by-step process to identify how your emotions are affecting your eating habits and introduce you to practical techniques that help you to better manage your emotions and enjoy a happier, healthier relationship with food.

I know from my own experience that worrying about your weight, being in a cyclical pattern of behaviour around food, and on and off diets can be absolutely exhausting.

 

As a food and eating psychology coach, I have learned that diets are not the answer to our weight worries and body image concerns. For most of us, gaining an understanding of how our feelings and eating habits interact, and learning how to deal with our feelings without using food is a complete game-changer. The knowledge and tools I share in this course have completely changed the way I feel about food and have had a hugely positive impact on my life in general – I can't wait to share it with you.

Here's how the course works...

In the first module, you'll be taught a technique that helps you to identify the relationship between your emotions and your eating habits and you'll be able to identify what triggers you to eat either than biological hunger.

 

In the second module we look at how we learn to associate feelings and food. We explore how you currently experience emotion and discover how that, and things like stress, sleep and self-compassion can affect your eating behaviour.

In the final module, you'll be given some actionable and incredibly effective techniques that you can use to work on your triggers for emotional eating. Different triggers respond to different approaches, so we work through each in detail.
