Nutrition coaching goes beyond simply telling you what to eat—it’s about helping you take clear, achievable action to make lasting changes. Unlike traditional consulting, which often delivers advice for you to figure out on your own, coaching is a collaborative, hands-on process designed to support you every step of the way. My personalised coaching package is designed to help you build sustainable habits, regain control of your health, and feel empowered every step of the way. Specifically I work with mid-life women ready to harness the power of evidence-based nutrition to: Lose body fat sustainably, increase energy levels and vitality and/or manage insulin resistance or pre-diabetes.

What's included:
Step 1: Information Gathering & Food Diary
We’ll start with a thorough consultation to explore your lifestyle, diet, and health goals. To gain deeper insights, I may ask you to keep a simple food diary for a week before our session. This step is about understanding your unique needs and creating a foundation for personalised support.

You’ll gain a clear understanding of where you are now and what’s possible for your future.
Step 2: Bespoke Recommendations & Quick Wins
Based on what we uncover in Step 1, I’ll provide clear, evidence-based recommendations tailored specifically to your health goals. We’ll focus on things like:
- How to balance your plate for fat loss, energy, or blood sugar control
- Key nutrients to support your goals and how to include them
- Practical, simple changes you can start implementing straight away
You’ll leave this session with a clear idea of what’s to come and actionable quick wins to kickstart your progress.
Step 3: Meal-by-Meal Focus – Starting with Breakfast
We’ll begin with breakfast, crafting meal ideas that suit your goals, lifestyle, and preferences. During a 45-minute session, we’ll explore how to incorporate these changes into your routine. You’ll also receive a tailored set of breakfast recipes to try.
Step 4: Practical Support Session
Knowledge alone doesn’t create change—action does. That’s why a practical session is a core element of your coaching experience. This session is completely tailored to your needs and could include:
- A cooking session to boost your kitchen confidence
- A meal prep session to save time and stay consistent
- A shopping trip to master food labels and smarter choices
- A kitchen cupboard audit to set yourself up for success
You’ll develop practical skills and tools that make healthy eating easier and more enjoyable.
Steps 5 & 6: Lunch and Dinner
We’ll take the same personalised approach for lunch and dinner. Each 45-minute session will focus on:
- Reviewing progress with previous meals
- Refining recommendations based on your feedback
- Introducing new meal ideas tailored to your needs
By the end of these sessions, you’ll have full-day meal plans that feel realistic, satisfying, and completely achievable.
Step 7: Final Follow-Up Session
After you’ve had time to implement all the recommendations, we’ll schedule a 30-minute follow-up session to review your progress, celebrate wins, and address any remaining challenges.

Ongoing Support Throughout the Programme
You’ll have access to a mindful food tracking app that allows you to share meal choices and progress with me. This provides accountability and guidance in between sessions, ensuring you stay on track and supported throughout the 8 weeks.
