This retreat is about re-setting. Two nights in beautiful accommodation at a stunning location. You’ll be invited to take part in creating some nutritious and delicious food, stretch out your limbs with daily yoga, take some space to relax your mind and chill out in a relaxed environment. Oh! And we like to have a bit of fun too.

The focus of this retreat is on food and lifestyle habits for nourishment and metabolic health. For women only, it is designed to help you to relax, re-set and to provide you with realistic, practical techniques that you take home with you and put into use every day.

There’s an opportunity to take part in an evening guided meditation and early morning yoga session. As a guest, you are welcome to join in as much or as little as you like, it’s entirely up to you. Nothing about this weekend is obligatory, you can pick and choose whatever you want to do. 

Most of all, take time for yourself, experience and taste some new things, leave with a folder full of new recipes and the know-how to re-create them at home, and take a well-deserved break.

The retreat starts around 3pm on a Friday and finishes around 11am on Sunday morning.

The Venue, Fishley Hall, Norfolk

Fishley Hall provides the perfect setting for a health retreat to rejuvenate, re-charge and chill out. It’s a perfectly equipped weekend retreat venue, set on a working farm, among 350 acres of beautiful Norfolk countryside. All the huge bathrooms have roll-top baths and separate showers, and the bedrooms are beautifully comfortable and spacious with super comfortable beds. There are two comfortable lounges to break out and relax in, and a stunning glass conservatory yoga and meditation space that brings the outside in whilst also being lovely and warm.

The venue is minutes from the Norfolk broads and just 10 miles from the beautiful coastal town of Winterton-On-Sea.  It is easily accessible from London via train connections and a lovely local cab company.

All the rooms at Fishley Hall are luxuriously comfortable, light and airy, with bags of space. There are 2 rooms with en-suite and all other rooms share a large family bathroom with one other room. All the bathrooms are huge with showers and free-standing baths. There are three single occupancy rooms and five twins. Food

The food is whole, nutritious and delicious. Designed with balance in mind: hormones, fatty acids, food groups and plates.

Food for female metabolic health is the theme for the weekend and there will be a glorious array of flavours and textures and cuisines.

Breakfasts are buffet style. Lunches are light and relaxed and evening meals are an occasion, one of which you will help to prepare.

BOOKING

UPDATE: The event on 28 October is now fully booked.

The master suite has a luxury 6ft super king bed and twin sink, shower and claw foot bath ensuite. This could be a gorgeous treat for one or to share with a friend you are happy to snuggle with. All the twin rooms are beautifully spacious and are each adjacent to huge, well-appointed bathrooms. The price is fully inclusive of two nights’ bed a breakfast, yoga sessions, all delicious meals, workshops and a mindful meditation session.

Twin rooms: All twin occupancy is £475 per person.

£100 deposit per person books confirms your place. Payments are taken by bank transfer. The full balance is due by 12 August 2022 and you can pay in instalments or simply settle the balance in one sum.
